BT is not listed under Device Manager. My list goes from \”Audio Inputs and Outputs\” to \”Cameras\”. I went into services. I started the \”Bluetooth Support Service\” you mentioned, switched it to start automatically, and checked Device Manager again. No BT. Rebooted and checked again. This time that service was running but still nothing in Device Manager. I was able to set the audio gateway to start automatically, but the user service one won\’t let me. It remains as manual startup only.
