The website it recommends looks like it has been hijacked by hackers. There are about twenty spelling mistakes on the site making it appear dodgy.

After much faffing about finding the legitimate place to start the install and finally downloading the installer I still had to figure out how to run it whilst conscious that it could interfere with my OS on doing so.

In the end I got it installed but Microsoft needs to make it a lot easier to do this because my mother, let alone my grandmother would struggle to be able to safely install it.
